• Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville - An active volcano, located at the Volcano Bar, erupts lava-like Margarita mix when the blender needs replenishing. Cover: $3.25 after 10 p.m. every night. Entertainment: Live performances begin at 10 p.m. on the stage. Music ranges from island style to rock.

  The famous New Orleans staple will celebrate Mardi Gras every night in Orlando.  Features dueling pianos, and the "flaming fountain" piano. Featuring the world famous Hurricane specialty drink. Four bars include the Main bar, Dueling Pianos bar, Patio bar and Hurricane bar. The Patio and Hurricane bars are located in the outdoor courtyard which features the famous "flaming fountain." Cover: $2 after 9 p.m.
  Age Requirement: The Dueling Pianos Bar - 21 years and older, Main Bar - 21 years or older from 7 p.m. to 2 a.m., Courtyard - 21 years or older from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m.
  
  
  
• Bob Marley- A tribute to freedom - Reggae performances in an outdoor Gazebo begin at 8:00 p.m. Island drinks and Red Stripe Beer.Cover: $4.25 after 8 p.m. every night.
  
  
• Latin Quarter - All 21 Latin nations are represented by specialty drinks. Cover: Sunday - Thursday: $4, Friday - Saturday: $10 Entertainment: Live entertainment ranging from Salsa, Merengue and the newest Latin rock bands to gloriously costumed dance troupes.
  
  
• The Groove - Dance Club - Features House Music, Guest must be 21 years old to enter.
  
  
• Hard Rock Cafe and Hard Rock Live - Entertainment groups range from local artists to national and international acts featuring a wide variety of musical styles.
  Cover: Ticket prices dependent on entertainment.
  
  
• Motown Cafe Orlando - Motown Moments perform daily - two groups of performers that emulate the Temptations and the Supremes. Cover: Sunday through Thursday: $3.25 after 9 p.m., $3.25 after 10:00 p.m. Friday - Saturday
  
  
• CityJazz  - Jazz club - Various local and/or international Jazz musicians. You can choose from a collection of more than 60 vintage wines or - more simply - choose a drink from the rolling martini cart.
  Cover: $3.25 after 8 p.m. (may change depending on the talent)
  
  
• Universal Cineplex - There just aren't enough places in Orlando to see movies, so Universal is opening 20 more screens that they are billing as the "THE movie showplace of America".  The theatres will feature stadium seating and digital sound.
