"As far as the hotel tips are concerned I've gotten
some really nice upgrades at PBH and for the most part
this is due to the hype surrounding the other two property's.
They (rp and hrh) book up much quicker and are usually
more full than pbh. While upgrades are not always available,
at least your chances are better at Portofino Bay."

We
have stayed at RP fives times now since it's opening.
While the first time RP had it's share of problems, they
seem to have all come together and are operating one great
resort! We love the Club level, the staff couldn't be
more helpful. They helped me plan a family reunion that
consisted of 6 room, and 25 people. The club staff made
all my dinner reservations and special arrangements. They
rememeber us by name and even remember what we like to
drink each time we return.I have never experienced service
like this at any hotel, and we travel a lot. The resort
is such a lovely tranquil place. It's the personal touches
by the staff that make it a resort we will continue to
frequent.
